Welker promoted to Assistant Executive Director; Dreiling joins as Director of Business Services

The Ohio Schools Council is pleased to announce that Chad Welker has been promoted to Assistant Executive Director, as he begins his fourth year with OSC. Chad has made a significant impact during his tenure as Director of Business Services, and this new role reflects his continued leadership and commitment to serving member districts.

Joining the OSC as the new Director of Business Services, effective August 1, is Tom Dreiling. With leadership experience at Independence Local Schools and North Olmsted City Schools, Tom was recently honored as OASBO’s Business Operations Manager of the Year, a reflection of his excellence in educational leadership and operational strategy.
