Join us on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 9 am-Noon for the first session of this year’s OSC Lunch & Learn series. The OSC Safety and Security Lunch and Learn will feature presentations from NaviGate Prepared on safety mapping software, BMS CAT will discuss the importance of having a plan for disaster recovery and document restoration and Ohio Schools Council will discuss its new school safety planning program. Representatives will also be on hand from Sandy Hook Promise to discuss the “Know the Signs” program. About Sandy Hook Promise.
About “Know the Signs”
“Know the Signs” is an evidence-informed program developed in collaboration with leading violence prevention researchers and educators. Through implementation of “Know the Signs” programming, students and school staff will learn to focus on preventing violence and victimization BEFORE it happens.
