Notice to Bidders: Gasoline and Diesel Fuel

Notice to Vendors

The Ohio Schools Council, a Regional Council of Governments, will be accepting BIDS using an online reverse auction process for gasoline and diesel fuel products on behalf of its and Unified Purchasing Cooperative’s school districts, municipalities and non-profit organization members.

Vendors interested in participating in this bid must contact the Ohio Schools Council at (216) 447-3100 ext. 6101 to receive bid documents.  Bidding information other than pricing must be submitted to the Ohio Schools Council, located at 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., #377, Independence, Ohio  44131  by 4:00 P.M., EST, on Thursday, November 15, 2018.  This information will be evaluated to determine those bidders best qualified to participate in the online reverse auction process.

The resulting online reverse auction bid process will be held by the Ohio Schools Council, in conjunction with EASiBuy, LLC on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. EST. 

The Ohio Schools Council is a voluntary organization of school districts, municipalities and other non-profit organizations.  The Council functions under its own stated procedures and general conditions for securing competitive quotations on products to be purchased by its members.
