OSC’s RFP process and buying power offer competitive pricing and increased availability! Pursuant to the Budget Bill, the Ohio Schools Council recently conducted an RFP for both non-organic and organic feminine hygiene products, as well as free-vend dispensers, and received competitive pricing. The awarded vendors include FriendsOffice for non-organic feminine hygiene products, and Aunt Flow Corporation for organic feminine hygiene products.
