A message about Coronavirus (COVID-19) from Ohio Schools Council

Governor DeWine has shown tremendous leadership and his team has been very forward thinking in its response to COVID-19. And while closing schools was a difficult but prudent and necessary step, we know that it creates a tremendous hardship on students and families, especially those who rely heavily on the breakfast/lunch program. In this regard, we have sent a message to your Food Service Staff, informing them of actions that they need to take to continue to receive deliveries from some Food Service Vendors.
We are continuing to move forward with all of our programs that are currently in process, including Bus Bids, Food Bids, Rebate Programs, Utility Monitoring, etc. And we will be available to your Operations Staff, should they need assistance in obtaining any necessary supplies and services. As a state-wide co-op we provide many products and services to our schools, but we’re also proud to be your district’s voice of guidance, source of expertise, and even simply that shoulder to lean on should you need it.
