Borden Dairy Bankruptcy Announcement
The Ohio Schools Council was recently notified that on January 5, 2020, Borden Dairy and their affiliates filed for voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings under the U.S Bankruptcy Code in Delaware. Linked below is the letter of notification to OSC.
