Interested in Purchasing a New Bus or Van?

Participate in the Spring OSC Bus Bid!

It’s time to plan your transportation needs for the upcoming school year! By participating in the Spring OSC Bus Bid, your district gains access to competitive, firm pricing without the hassle of independent bidding. Bid pricing is firm for 90 days from the bid opening and vendors have the option to extend longer.

Submission Checklist:

  1. Complete the OSC Spring Bus Bid Survey: https://forms.gle/4j6iL5T8nodwAFc46
  2. Get Board Approval for OSC to advertise and accept bids on your behalf using this sample Board Resolution: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C0h25tFMJQc-ecoUTWRDGGfYHf10hMkP/copy
  3. If you would like quotes for Trade-ins, please download, complete, and return the trade-in sheet: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C0h25tFMJQc-ecoUTWRDGGfYHf10hMkP/copy

Deadline: All materials must be received by March 20, 2026.
