OSC Fall Assembly Meeting
The OSC will host its bi-annual Assembly Meeting on Tuesday, September 26. We encourage you to attend.
We will be highlighting new and current OSC programming as well as of the 2016-17 Annual Report. You can RSVP for the meeting by clicking on the following link or by completing the reservation form attached to the bottom of the proxy.
A quorum is required to conduct business. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the Electronic Proxy Authorization Statement by Friday, September 22, 2017. Or, you may also print and complete the Assembly Meeting Proxy/Registration Form and return to the OSC office via mail, fax or email.

The Assembly Meeting will be held immediately after the GCSSA In-Service Session on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the ESC of Cuyahoga County, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Independence.
